By accessing and using our website located at www.aroharangi.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including T-shirts & Tops, Skirts, and Pants & Trousers, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
