At ArohaRangi, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase of our T-shirts, Tops, Skirts, Pants, or Trousers, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number).

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the return period. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount if we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please follow the return process to refund your original item and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
