Shipping & Delivery
At ArohaRangi, we are committed to getting your carefully selected fashion items to you efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures for all orders of T-shirts, Tops, Skirts, Pants, and Trousers.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Method & Destinations
We currently offer one reliable shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered by our trusted logistics partners.
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times for Standard Shipping begin once your order is dispatched. Typical timeframes are:
- Domestic (New Zealand): 3-7 business days.
- International: 10-20 business days.
Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the destination country. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. ArohaRangi is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ArohaRangi has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return fees we incur.
