How long does processing and shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

How do I find the right size?

What materials are your clothes made from?

We are committed to quality and comfort. Our products are primarily made from sustainable and soft materials like organic cotton, linen, Tencel™, and recycled fabrics. Specific material composition is listed in the description of each product.

How should I care for my ArohaRangi garments?

Care instructions are provided on the garment's label. Generally, we recommend washing similar colors together in cold water and tumble drying on low or air drying to maintain the shape, color, and quality of your items.
